Asada

It really depends,
All anyone needs is a strong education in money management and stats. Plus, skills to help them create things of value.

The H-1B program is going to stagnate ALOT of USA salaries. The consumer doesn't care who makes what, as long as its cheap enough to afford. And if a foreign person on a visa is willing to do a darn good job for less than an American, Americans ( meaning ALL USA workers) will suffer.

Remember the weakest are the first to go.

This is an outstanding article. It's encouraging to know that blacks have virtually reached partiy in the computer science field. I believe this success will be duplicated in the engineering field within the next decade.
