I agree that this is a taser issue. There needs to be further regulation of these so-called 'non-lethal' devices.

Tasing seems to have taken the place of the rope and tree of Jim Crow. Whether a use issue or a racial issue with respect to its use, the fact that people die as a result is reason enough for it to stop.

I invite you to SjP's were the origin of the TASER is discussed. You might find it interesting as well as ironic.

Is this a taser issue or a racial issue. If a taser issue, the taser needs to be more scrutinized on the validity of it's use. It can be deadly in some instances.
