Secret Counter Intelligence Program at Work!
Have You Ever Questioned Faith Based Programs, Weed and Seed?
April 19, 2005
The Faith Based and Community Initiatives Program is a COINTELPRO!
"You don't want to get involved in these [people] kinds of protests, that is not what you want to be doing", Robert Woodson of the National Center for Neighborhood Enterprise; Robert Woodson of the Faith Based and Community Initiatives program, Robert Woodson of the Weed and Seed program told African American Church leaders in Hartford, Connecticut, at the request of the police to “denounce local activists protesting the police shooting of a Black teenager under suspicious circumstances“, said Phil Wilayto, and they did!
What Woodson did not tell them was that all of the above organizations are controlled by the secret Counter Intelligence Program [COINTELPRO]. COINTELPRO’s objective is to destroy African American leadership and organization. COINTELPRO attempted to slander Dr. Martin Luther King’s character; COINTELPRO agents murdered Dr. Martin Luther King; COINTELPRO orchestrated the murder of Malcolm X; COINTELPRO murdered and jailed the leadership of the most powerful youth movement in African American history, the Black Panther Party for Self Defense, most political prisoners in America were members of the Black Panther Party. Many have been jailed more than 30 years for their political views, and Robert Woodson tells the Church leadership that they “don‘t want to get involved“ in Political prisoners freedom.
Robert Woodson was trained during this period by the CIA at the Urban League, then the Heritage Foundation and Colon Powell was spying on African American parents in Brooklyn New York schools for the Mossed and the Defense Intelligence Agency.
Faith Based and Community Initiatives program is a political strategy conceived by COINTELPRO to undermine African American unity. It was organized by white supremist to weaken African American political power to reduce community support for African American issues.
They solicited and received the support of African dictators, corrupt greedy black preachers, dope dealers, opportunist, international neocolonialists puppets, murderers, white supremist, football and basketball players, street hustlers, abject fools and the ignorant, all sold their souls to the devil. The strategy to cause confusion in the African American community was successful beyond Republican’s wildest expectations and cost tens of millions of dollars.
To be part of the Faith Based and Community Initiative program, conceived in Wisconsin and guided by a racist Jew, Stephen Goldsmith, controlled out of the US Attorney Generals office, this program is destructive to the majority of African American people. The African American church had to secretly commit to not get involved in protesting injustice and murder of African American people, not to protest the incarceration of political prisoners and prisoners of the domestic war declared on African American people. The church had to agree to aggressively work to replace African American leaders [Many worked with racist Jews to replace Cynthia McKinney of Georgia with a neocolonialists puppet], they had to agree to the destruction of the NAACP, as we knew it, they had to agree to practice divide and conquer tactics and hustle black democrats to the Republican party. These are the conditions they had to agree to before receiving funding from the Faith Based and Community Initiative program.
Robert Woodson was selected over the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan to be the spokesperson for white supremist in Africa America. Robert Woodson is not African American, he is a Trinidadian neocolonialist West Indian anti-poverty pimp hustler. There is as much difference between African American and West Indian ideologically as there is between Christians, Jews and Muslims.
African Americans have not involved themselves in the politics of Africans, West Indians or Europeans. How could these people be organized by white supremist to work against African American interest?
Our children are lynched by the police, our Schools destroyed, our property stolen, our entire entitlement tract is denied Community Development Block Grant [CDBG] funding and the Church does not get involved because Robert Woodson told them "You don't want to get involved in these [peoples] kinds of protests, that is not what you want to be doing“.
Robert Woodson, Sr., has made deep negative inroads into African American opinion throughout America. His son, Robert Woodson, Jr., with the help of Project 21, has denigrated African Americans on welfare [see Project 21 article].
George Bush, Jr., appointed Robert Jr., Chief of Staff to HUD head Bob Martinez, now a Republican Sen. from Florida who wants to invade Cuba and give it to Batista/CONTRA dope dealers, Mr. Castro ran Martinez’s father out of Cuba. Incidentally, Sen. Martinez was questioned in the US Senate Iran/CONTRA dope investigation.
The three, Robert Sr., Robert, Jr., and Martinez have caused many deaths and great suffering in African American communities nationwide of senior citizens who have lost property they had paid for. Men, women and children have had CDBG entitlements stolen from them to create upper and middle class white neighborhoods by corrupt city governments and developers.
Robert Jr., is dead now, but before he killed himself in an automobile accident he had a say in which Neighborhood Housing Service would be funded, my understanding is no African American NHS was funded, only neocolonialists.
What does the future hold for African American people?
` Violations of African American civil, human, legal and constitutional rights are the norm in America today. The NAACP, civil and human rights organizations turn their heads and look the other way when our people are murdered by white supremist police gangs.
The thesis and antithesis ideological clash has begun in African communities world-wide, its synthesis has developed into a continuous violent process, history shows this will continue until contradictions are resolved and order is restored in African communities.
We must be on our guard during this period of extreme violence on the part of neocolonialist and their European and American controllers. We must protect our family and community with deadly force when necessary.

If the Family is To Be Restored, Welfare Must Be Reformed
Members of the African-American Leadership Group
Project 21 Members Favor Drastic Welfare Reform

Meeting in Washington D.C., members of the African-American leadership group Project 21 agreed that substantial welfare reform is needed to restore families destroyed by the current welfare system. Project 21 members blamed the social policies of the 1960's, often referred to as Great Society programs, for partly destroying the American family.

"The federal government spends more than $240 billion on welfare annually, which is more than twice the money needed to raise every person on welfare out of poverty" said Robert Woodson, Jr., congressional aide to Representative Bob Inglis (R-SC). "What do we have to show for it? As of 1993, more Americans were living in poverty than at any time since 1961."

"Currently, the welfare benefit package offers each single mother an average of between $8,500 and $12,000 in benefits, depending on the state," Woodson continued. "The mother continues to receive these benefits as long as she does not obtain employment or marry an employed male. This discourages marriage, and as we know, since 1970, an average of 44 percent of female-headed families have been poor versus six to eight percent of married couples. The Great Society programs have been particularly disastrous for children. More than 20 percent of the children born in the late 1960's have spent at least one year on welfare; more than 70 percent of black children born in the same period have done so. Current projections are that of all black children born in 1980, 80 percent will live on welfare."

Many conservatives believe a substantial number of past reform efforts offered by both political parties have attempted to tinker around the edges of the welfare bureaucracy, but that the real challenge is to create a plan that replaces the current safety net with a ladder of opportunity which will enable low-income families to climb into the economic and social mainstream.

According to proponents of the "Contract With America," the welfare reform plan contained within the Contract provides a framework that emphasizes and rewards personal responsibility, family formation, and work. Ultimately, advocates claim, this plan would diminish the regulatory role of the federal government and let states and localities design and implement their own programs. Advocates say a primary goal is to empower the poor by giving them the power through vouchers to make decisions regarding where they live, where their children attend school, and what if any social services they receive. Advocates believe that this will eliminate the mid-level bureaucracy that consumes seventy cents of every dollar targeted to help the poor.

Liberal critics of the welfare reform outline contained in the contract and supported by many conservatives believe the conservative approach to welfare reform is strictly a financial one that will leave many of the poor out in the cold. Furthermore, they assert, such reforms to the welfare system will do little to solve the poverty problem since the current welfare system isn't the cause of poverty. By cutting off welfare for those dependent on it, liberal critics say, conservatives will simply be ignoring the problem rather than helping to solve it. "It is ironic that liberals who have often accused conservatives of living in the past are reluctant to support real welfare reform," notes Woodson. "They are as skeptical to change in the welfare system -- unless it means more government involvement -- as Republicans are to change in the health care system. Of course, the difference is that most Americans do not believe that the health care system needs radical changes like the welfare system. And they sure don't believe bigger government is the solution to either problem."

In memoriam...
Robert Woodson Jr., former chief of staff to U.S. Housing Secretary Mel Martinez, was killed after his car hit an ice slick Saturday in a Maryland suburb and spun out of control. Woodson, a highly regarded faith-based policy leader and former aide to U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas, was the son of noted empowerment activist Robert Woodson Sr., of the National Center for Neighborhood Enterprise. A memorial service is being held at 1 p.m. EST Thursday at the New York Avenue Presbyterian Church -- known as the church where Lincoln worshiped -- in Washington.
